Just a neurodivergent wife and mom living in the moment.
Follow along with me as I try to navigate a crazy brain and thrive on chaos.
Overwhelmed?
Yeah, Me, too.
I wasn’t diagnosed with ADHD until I turned 39. It was the same day my father died. Needless to say, I was having a lot of big feelings that day.
As it would turn out, that was just the beginning of my journey down the rabbit hole of my mental health struggles.
I was also diagnosed with major depressive disorder, anxiety, and seasonal affective disorder. It’s not like I was surprised but jeez, really?
